<p>List of ingredients:</p>

<p><strong>Directions:</strong></p>
<p>In a suitably sized saucepan, gently heat the butter, sugar and golden syrup, stirring occasionally, until the mixture starts to bubble. Allow to boil for 1 minute.</p>
<p>Stir in the evaporated milk and cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce is hot and bubbling; then add the chopped peanuts.</p>
<p>In a bowl, blend the cornstarch smoothly with 2 tablespoons of water.</p>
<p>Add the cornstarch mixture to the sauce in pan and heat until thickened, stirring.</p>
<p>Pour into a fondue pot and place over a burner to keep warm.</p>
